ATA Carnet

ATA Carnets are for goods that are temporarily being moved or exported outside of the UK. ATA Carnets apply when the value of the goods exceeds the duty-free limit

ATA Carnets are issued by a local chamber of commerce; CustomsCloud® can apply for the ATA Carnets on your behalf.

Examples of situations when ATA Carnets apply include:

• Trade show samples or items for use in sales meetings
• Publicity materials
• Recorded film/audio
• IT/camera/sound equipment
• Educational, scientific, or cultural goods used on a temporary basis
• Personal effects and sporting goods
